Q: Where do I ship my device?

Q: How long does it take to fix my device?

A: Most of our repair services are completed and shipped back within 24 hours, but our motherboard and water damage repair services take a little longer, usually 3-4 days. A detailed description of what our water damage repair service is and why it takes longer than the rest of the repairs we do can be cound at the bottom of each devices water damage repair description. If you are ordering a water damage or motherboard repair you will get an approximate turnaround time in your order confirmation.


Q: Do I have to pay for the repair before I send my phone in?

A: Yes you do. The reason why is that it is important for us to know what repair you need when your device arrives. Paying before you ship allows us to have all of your information and order details on record before your device gets  to our shop, this way we will be able to give you faster / more effective service.


Q: How do I know that I will get my device back?

Q: How do I know that you will fix my device?

A: Because it’s what we do. As a matter of fact we are able to perform repairs that other companies can’t, our motherboard repair section speaks for itself.


Q: Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on the repairs?

A: Yes we do. We warranty all of our repairs for a minimum of one year. Motherboard repairs are only warrantied if we complete the reassembly before return shipment is made. Click here


Q: I am about to place an order, do I get an order confirmation?

A: Yes, you will receive one after checkout automatically.


Q: How do I know if you received my device?

A: We will email you to let you know that your device has arrived within 24 hours of it reaching our mail in center.

Q: Will I get a tracking number when you send it back?

A: Yes, all shipments come with tracking on return shipping.


Q: Is my return shipment insured?

A: We provide you with the option to insure it at checkout. We will ship it back just as you specify.


Q: Will I have to sign for my device when you ship it back?

A: We provide you with the option to include signature confirmation at checkout. We will ship it back just as you specify.


Q: How do I track the progress of my order?

A: If you want an update during the repair process simply click "reply" on the order confirmation and submit your request to us via email. That order confirmation is also your support ticket. You can also call us toll free at the number listed at the top of our website.


Q: Can you fix (insert complex problem here) and how much will it cost?

A: The simple answer is "most likely" on repairing it and we will have to look at it for a quote. If you are unsure of what repair you need, you can find a diagnostic option for each device in its appropriate section. With that option we will determine whether or not we can fix it and quote you a repair cost. We have run into iOS devices that we can’t fix, but it’s rare.


Q: What do you do for my security / privacy?

A: See the links at the bottom of our page for our privacy policy and info on how we protect you while using our site / service. Plainly put, we take this part of your being our client very serious. Your privacy and protection is our highest priority.


Q: Why do you need my passcode?

A: We prefer to test our work before we ship your phone back to make sure it’s working 100% and free from defects. If you are uncomfortable with giving us your passcode, that is fine but we may be unable to fully test your repair prior to shipping it back.


Q: Can you fix my water damaged phone?

A: We have the highest success rate in the industry. That’s an actual fact. Every other company says the same thing, but we guarantee no one else has the ability to perform motherboard level repair (commonly needed in water damage devices) like us. You will not get a bigger bang for your buck anywhere on the web.


Q: Can you get the data from my water damaged device back?

A: In most cases we are able to retrieve the data on your water damaged device.

A: Click the type of device that you have in the navigation bar at the top of the page, from there you will be prompted to select the device you have. All of the repairs that we offer are listed under each device.


Q: Something is wrong with my devices motherboard, can you fix it?

A: Most of the time yes. Select the appropriate motherboard soldering diagnostic option for your device, you can find this option under the mainboard repair tab in the navigation bar.
